Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to sanitary and hygiene reasons.
Every order is created and packaged with care to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied.
Once an item has been purchased, the order cannot be cancelled, this is due to the way orders are processed and shipped off very quickly so we cannot guarantee we will get your cancellation before your order is shipped to you.
